Elite Central Hotel Hanoi

The staff were amazing! Setting up activities, advice on where to go (especially restaurants). Fantastic local in the heart of Old Quarter.

My favorite thing about my stay here was hands down Đức (David), the hotel manager and operator. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He went above and beyond in helping me feel like I was at home. I would totally go back and book this hotel again, just for him!

The Elite Hotel is a very good option for whose wants to stay at the heart of Hanoi expending less money. All information is true to the ad. The place is very well located, close to everyplace and really easy to walking tour. The hotel is really basic but clean and functional. The room has a good size, is neat and clean. The sheets and towels are white, clean, and comfortable. The room made girl is a kind person, everyday she change the towels and let some water for us. We had a great experience there. We were very welcomed by David, he gave us all attention needed. In general is a great choose for a couple of days, staying good and fair price.

friendly helpful staff, great location. + Fantastic location in the heart of the old quarter just 30 yards from "beer corner" and yet really quiet tucked down a narrow side street. Staff were really friendly and helpful especially David and Jake who was always on reception and was a really sweet guy and very helpful. It was good quality and very good value for money.
